Dr. Healy is extremely empathetic, educated, and helpful in all areas that patients may need. She truly wants what's best for all her clients, even if there is nothing in it for her. I do not even have the words to recommend her enough. Truly the sweetest, most welcoming doctor I have ever met. Book with her now! She's the BEST.

You can really tell that Dr Healy is so well-versed in the intricacies of facial anatomy and how to achieve the exact result you're looking for, even if you don't really know how to describe it. Pittsburgh Aesthetics is a great little spa! I had the BBL with Dr. Healy and had some concerns post BBL which Dr. Healy got back to me right away! Definitely worth a visit here Dr. Healy and receptionist were so welcoming! I even got a coffee mug with my visit which my husband loves!!

I have been to several different businesses in the Pittsburgh area for Botox & filler and my experience at Pittsburgh Aesthetics was by far the best. I was greeted warmly by Olivia at the door and promptly taken back to meet Dr. Healy and begin my consultation & treatment. Dr. Healy listened to my concerns and provided a thorough consultation on which areas to treat. I am very satisfied with my results and will continue to go to Pittsburgh Aesthetics for my cosmetic treatments.

Great first visit - I had no idea what to expect but was welcomed by Olivia and given tour and welcome - Dr Courtney asked about my concerns and laid out all suggestions/options/recommendations with a timeline and costs! Went ahead with initial treatment which was done with full explanations and answering all my questions. Very personal and professional service!

When I entered the office I was immediately greeted by Olivia with a warm smile and a tour of the suite. I then had a conversation with Cate about what my expectations were from my treatment. She listened and was genuinely interested in my comments. Once she made her recommendations, she showed me the pricing. I felt very comfortable with her. It was by far the best experience that I have ever had receiving injectables. She is very gentle. I felt almost nothing.

After 2 years of researching and deciding if filler was something I was interested in, I finally decided to make an appointment here with Dr. Healy. Amazing experience from start to finish, the office is beautiful and it felt like I had been a client for YEARS! I loved everything about Dr. Healy! Not only was she professional, but I felt like I had known her for years. She was very thorough and included me in the treatment plan. My results were amazing and I refer everyone to her office! Meg is very warm and welcoming ( not to mention very accommodating!) .5 stars for sure !!

From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I saw Cate and she was incredible. She asked questions to get to know me and listened to what I wanted instead of just pushing something on me. She explained all of the different options that were available and gave me her suggestions. I will definitely be back!

My first visit ( months ago) was for a facial, i had recently had botox at a diff provider prior and was really unhappy with the results.Dr.healy and Cate made sure i didnt leave with wrinkles (hah!) we made a plan and my next visit was a fresh start with dysport and its been amazing! I recently had my second treatment and am looking forward to my facial next month with Cate. Cate is seriously the kindest soul you’ll ever meet. Dont forget Olivia, she makes a great chai tea!! Love the feeling that i get walking in , judgment free zone even when i come in wearing slippers .

The staff were very welcoming, warm and informative. Very clean and well maintained. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Did very well breaking down the process of lip filler and the results we would achieve. Offered free drinks and snacks too lol highly recommended.
