Pittsburgh Aesthetics is a great little spa! I had the BBL with Dr. Healy and had some concerns post BBL which Dr. Healy got back to me right away! Definitely worth a visit here Dr. Healy and receptionist were so welcoming! I even got a coffee mug with my visit which my husband loves!!
